I'm experiencing insomnia at it's very worst. I'm exhausted both physically and mentally, but I just can't sleep. I'm supposed to be at the gym in under 3 hours and I've had almost no sleep for the past couple of days. A few hours dozing here and there just don't make up for a full night's sleep. I could take something, but that would send me into the great beyond of sleepyland for no less than 10 hours. I don't think it's ever been this bad before.

I expect that I'll end up missing my morning gym session and trying to make it up in the afternoon.
