I just woke up about 20 minutes ago and I'm currently in the sitting-in-a-bathrobe-staring/glaring-at-thecomputer-screen-in-incomprehension stage of waking up. While in this stage, I have had no less then 5 telephone calls. Some about gaming tonight. Some about remembering to return some DVDs that I borrowed from someone 6 months ago, one about plans for tomorrow evening, one about plans for the Harry potter film tonight, and one about saturday evening plans. All these things are very good and involve seeing people that I like a great deal. Overall, it looks like my next couple of days are going to be good. I suddenly feel so sought-after.

Last night, I was up late with [livejournal.com profile] georgehitler as she raided my music collection. After going through about 1/10 of my collection, she has seen about 20 CDs worth of stuff she wants. This could take some time. It did bring home to me just what a ridiculous quantity of music I have. I think I may need to reorganize my music collection. I just need a 120GB external hard drive and a whole lot of DVDs.

My housemate is on a cleaning frenzy. He's moved alot of stuff around and has called a cleaning service who have spent the day doing what sounds like banging on the radiators with large metal object. It's an interesting trick considering that this house doesn't have radiators. This while I've been trying to sleep. In addition to his cleaning binge, he has also opened up the big pool in the backyard which will theoretically be swimmable within the next few days. It should make for a pleasant summer.

This may well be my most boring post yet! Given that that includes the one with the haiku about a hole in the plaster, that really says something. I think this is what I get when I write when I'm just waking up; I ramble. If I din't stop, I'm going to start writing about the empty coke bottle on my desk and the way the little lights on the hub blink when I send data. I'll just quit now and spare you all.
